The House of Brutus recently opened a coffee cart in our school atrium. Each morning, students and staff can purchase coffee before class begins through lunchtime. Our student "baristas" brew a nice cup of french press coffee available for just $1 per cup. Students who bring their own mug receive a 25 cent discount. Students are learning valuable skills ranging from money and inventory management to the (all too real) struggle of waking up early to get to work.
